Okay, so October 9th is the big day. And the wedding dinner is at Fullerton. How we got there was pretty amazing.
When we started calling all the hotels, I think all of us went into a panic attack. So many hotels were already fully booked. Plus, having a list of requirements brought our eligible list of hotels to 24 (where some are already fully booked for every sat for 2010). (If anyone thinking of going to business, the wedding business seems like a good idea)
Requirements for hotel:
1. Must have certain class and standard cos alot of Uncle's business associates will be coming
2. Need a place that can hold 45-50 tables
When Keith and i talked about weddings previously, we thought we could keep it to 25. The real numbers doubled!
3. Must serve good food
4. Must looks nice
When i first stepped into Fullerton, after visting a few others (no mention of names), i knew that was the place i wanted to get married in. It has more than met all the requirements, and yes more than met ($$$). haha.. It is freaking expensive!!!
But after some discussions and prayers, Keith's parents decided that Fullerton is the place. They also wanted to testify to how God has blessed their family financially.
So all of you who are coming, you are looking forward to
- a shell shaped ballroom
- no walls to block your view
- great food
- colonial, english looking venue
- and me, walking down the stairs (Must start practising)
One consolation is that the steps are pretty wide.
Oh yes!
The suite is amazing. It is 2 storey! Cant wait to make use of all the facilities in the hotel too!
Yay!!! ~
